This is a very potent topic. I like Dr Vij’s simple, down to earth ideas. I really appreciate the crossover between traditional medicine and basic options that can enhance health. We all want a turbo metabolism. I also believe in preparing my own food and love soups and Indian food. When we eat out we never know what has been done to what is on our plate. Thanks for this interview. The Mind Body connection never gets old to me – it is an ongoing fascination.
I agree Cori! It’s important to prepare our own food most of the time so we know exactly what it is we are eating, how it’s created, where the food is from, etc. Nothing wrong with eating out once in awhile but we want to prepare our own food most of the time. Thanks so much for listening!
