EMB# 202: The Wheel of Healing with Ayurveda

The Wheel of Healing with Ayurveda written by Michelle S. Fondin was an incredibly informative book on how to heal with the Ayurveda way of life. What I love about this book is, you can pick it up and turn to any page or chapter and start right from there. I was telling Michelle in the interview (maybe off air) how it was almost difficult to plan this interview because there was so many great points in the book I wanted to cover and share with you.

My favorite part of this interview is how Michelle talks about our life purpose and how many of us don’t think about it. We set goals or things we want to accomplish but we don’t always consider why we’re here and what our life purpose is. Michelle also gives tips on how to find this with starts out with childhood.

Michelle has an incredible story of healing herself with Ayurveda which is why she now teaches it and heals others. One of my favorite parts of what she has to say it, she was young, active and ate clean but still had major dis-ease in her body. I feel that many people are in the same boat, and as Michelle explains in this interview you’ll have to dig deep and find out what’s really bothering you to heal from the inside out and get to the root of the issue. More about Michelle….
