As a fitness trainer and lifestyle specialist, Chris understands the importance of maintaining that balance which is why his programs are custom-designed to integrate into each individual’s lifestyle. DiVecchio’s philosophy of 1 v.s. 23 suggests that the 1 hour a day you workout is important but it’s the choices you make with the other 23 hours of your day that have a much greater impact on the quality of your overall health and happiness. He uses a three-fold approach that focuses on nutrition, training and vitamin supplementation to target what he calls preventative health & wellness. The key component of his program is accountability coaching. He takes the time to properly educate each client while honing their skills with time management and stress management to show just how easy it is to eliminate the excuses and get results.
