I can’t say I ever understood going through the motions, I always figured if you’re going to do, you may as well do it well. I think about all the things we do half way or even multitasking (which is another myth), and wonder why not do it 100% if you’re going to do it at all?
In this show I talk about the benefits of going full tilt and avoiding going through the motions. What I’ve found when putting all the effort in I could possibly muster and what I’ve found the odd time when I don’t.
I’ve also share some experiences working with others when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle and if you want to see results there really is no other way.
