Get_More_Out_of_Your_Day-Get_More_Out_of_Your_Day.jpg

The #1 reason people tell me they didn’t go workout, grocery shop or prepare their meals is because they say they have no time. So I thought, why not do a show on how to get more out of your day, so there’s more time doing the things you want or feel you don’t have time for. Time is relevant – we all have the same hours in the day time is important – we all wish for more time – parents who sent their kids off to school or college – someone who’s passed away However we all spend time doing things, less than efficient – checking our newsfeed first thing in the morning – waiting in line for a coffee – living in your in box #1 Reason not to live a healthy lifestyle, cooking at home, working out, etc. NO TIME – change your mind set to I didn’t make time Priorities – we always have time for the things that are most important – kids school, games, going to work, etc. We don’t have a time issue, we have a priority issue Running Your Life – if you don’t have a plan, you’ll be a part of someone else’s – have some structure
