Gym is packed – looking for beach bodies – but what do we do to get fit for summer
Must have a plan
So here’s what happens – we get inspired, we start working out, maybe even on a regular basis, but we don’t know what we’re doing or what our next step will be. So our inspiration doesn’t last. So plan ahead.
- Find a professional
- A class
- Friends
- Go to the gym with a purpose
You don’t have to go to a gym
Do something you enjoy, from yoga studio to a hike – with warmer weather
- Get outside
- Sports
- Bike
- Run
- Kids
- Incorporate exercise in to family time – don’t take away exercise from family time
Meal Plan
Summer time = party time! Don’t deprive yourself = find a happy medium
Don’t let all your hard work go to waste
Gain weight over the summer
Should have to start all over in the fall
Keep your beach body
Reward yourself – call it a fun meal instead of a cheat meal
BBQ – have fun with family and friends = eat responsibly
Plan meals in summer just as you would in the winter or fall – different food can be fun
Weekends
Camping – plan food ahead of time
Find supportive people to hang out with OR Environment and lifestyle:
Out of your regular routines is hard, so do your best to stay in them or find a way around them
Find something to look forward to in the fall
We get so excited because of beach bodies, skirts, no shirts, and short shorts
This is exactly why we fall apart, once summer is over, what do we have to look forward to?
