Today, I’m talking about our 30 Day Fitness Challenge. We’re going to title this Fit and Fabulous, Fight the Flab: 30 Day Fitness Challenge for the Busy Mom. And I’m going to explain all of that right here. Even if you’re listening to this at another place in time, our fitness challenge could be passed. It could be full. I’m going to explain it to you anyways, because there could come a time in the future where we’re going to run another one, most likely that you may want to join.
You can also take some tips, like if you’re looking at someone else’s 30 day challenge and you’re like, whoa, that person doesn’t offer half the value these guys do. Why would I go? Or maybe you don’t want to sign up with us. Maybe you want more information about a 30 day challenge and you want to know what to expect.
