This is another question that came from Dallas within our Monthly Membership group. I was actually surprised that I haven’t specifically talked about emotional eating before because it’s such an important topic that comes up time and time again.
In this show I’m going to talk about where emotional eating comes from, I’m going to help you understand that emotional eating is normal and that it happens to everyone, although everyone deals with it differently and finally I’ll offer tips and suggestions not only from my own perspective but from Jane, Lisa and Louise who offer some fantastic feedback themselves.
