Improving your digestion can be the best thing you ever do for your health, but it’s hard to sift through the confusion of the mixed messages we get everyday. So, here are three important things you should know so you can CLEAN UP YOUR DIGESTION and make your tummy happier!
There are 3 main ways people abuse their digestive system. If you put some effort into limiting or avoiding these circumstances you will reduce the abuse on your guts!
- Fake Foods (Processed Foods, Sugar, Artificial ingredients, Preservatives)
- Improper Food Combining (Simple Carbs with Meats mainly)
- Stressful Eating (Eating while emotional, upset or angry)
The situations above require the body to spend more energy to digest food, thus leaving less energy for improving immune system function, cellular recovery, effective detoxification and maintenance functions. Prolonged abuse of these types can lead to severe illness.
