On this edition of Exploring Mind and Body I had the opportunity to interview Dr. Korol who is an Applied Kinesiologist from Winnipeg, Canada. Now practicing in Redondo Beach, California Dr. Korol explains what Applied Kinesiology, how it works, what’s entailed and all the benefits as to what’s associated with this practice.
Who is Dr. Korol?
Dr. Korol graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1980. He is divorced, father of one son and a resident of the South Bay. Dr. Korol has been in practice for the past 28 years, providing a unique combination of technical and scientific expertise to his patients. As a Certified Applied Kinesiologist. he provides a diversified prospective to healthcare and chiropractic issues. He is a Qualified Medical Examiner and Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. 3 Top Tips from Dr. Adrian Korol
#1. Get up early and get active – far too many people live a sedentary lifestyle, work behind a computer and aren’t getting out there and being active.
#2. Drink more water – most people drink coffee, soda, and alcoholic beverages. Drink more filtered water to improve your overall health.
#3. Eat more raw veggies – we need to be consuming more raw veggies in our diets.
