EMB #318: 3 Tips to Reduce Stress


Tanya West went through Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at age 30 after years of being sick and not knowing what was wrong and also had skin cancer 3 times. After losing her mom to breast cancer a year later she started taking many health courses to gain more knowledge to not only help her but also to help others live healthier lives.

Her hope is to inspire others and let them know that they don’t need to wait for tragedy to realize just how strong they are; be the strong person they can be today. Go for their goals, do their research and ask lots of questions. She believes that there is only 1 person that can change our lives…and that is YOU!
