Vincent Cooper has been through some amazing changes in his life and is excited to share his story with our Exploring Mind and Body listeners!
Through sustainable changes Vince has lost over 50lbs, has went from a lethargic lifestyle to being one of the most active people I know. He often works out up to 3 times a day, walks his dog daily, participates in meditation and breathing exercises and is also one of the most positive people I know.
Vince often looks for positive quotes he can put up in the house and not only that but he puts them up in his work place to positively influence others as well.
Through this open and honest conversation, Vince tells you exactly how he’s been able to change his life and wants to helps others do the same!
